1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the DailyFlow web application at dailyflowweb.com or our Android mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue using the Service immediately.

2. Nature of the Service & Local Storage

DailyFlow is a self-contained personal productivity, daily planning, and budget tracking software suite. The Service operates primarily on an offline-first, client-side model using your device's local storage (localStorage and native device sandboxes).

Disclaimer on Financial Tools: The financial and expense tracking features of DailyFlow are intended exclusively for personal budgeting and self-organization purposes. DailyFlow is not a bank, licensed broker, certified financial planner, or accounting firm. Calculations and running totals displayed in the application do not constitute official financial, legal, or tax advice.

3. User Data & Backup Responsibilities

Because DailyFlow does not operate remote servers, user databases, or automatic cloud backups of your entries, you retain sole custody and responsibility for your data. DailyFlow cannot retrieve, recover, or reconstruct any tasks, notes, or expense figures that are lost as a result of:

• Clearing browser cache, cookies, or site storage.
• Operating in private/incognito browsing windows.
• Hardware failure, loss of device, or operating system resets.
• Uninstalling the mobile application from your device.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual designs, theme layouts, illustrations, branding marks, iconography, and written documentation associated with DailyFlow are the proprietary intellectual property of DailyFlow and its licensors. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express prior written consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DAILYFLOW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY FUTURE BROWSER ENGINE OR OPERATING SYSTEM REVISION.

6. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL DAILYFLOW, ITS CREATORS, OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PRODUCTIVITY DISRUPTIONS, OR FINANCIAL MISCALCULATIONS.
