Your data is stored 100% locally on your own device. DailyFlow uses standard browser storage (localStorage) on web and secure native sandboxed storage on mobile. We operate zero cloud databases, run no telemetry trackers, and maintain no user profiles. Your tasks, notes, budget entries, and timers never leave your device, meaning even the developers of DailyFlow cannot access or view your information.

Yes, DailyFlow is designed as an offline-first application. Once you load DailyFlow in your browser or install the mobile application, all features operate completely independent of an internet connection. You can add tasks, check off completed goals, schedule dates, log expenses, and run Pomodoro timers while on a flight, in a subway, or anywhere with poor signal.

To change themes, tap the theme icon (sun/palette) in the top navigation bar. You can choose from four distinct environments:

• Default Sage Light: Crisp, calming off-white with pastel mint accents.
• Sage Dark: Deep charcoal and sage green engineered to reduce eye strain in low-light settings.
• Matcha Garden: A fresh, botanical theme with organic green hues.
• Café Royal: A cozy, vintage atmosphere with warm burgundy and deep espresso tones.

Your theme preference is automatically remembered and applied across all pages.

DailyFlow is available for Android as a native application built using modern Capacitor architecture. You can download the official release directly from Google Play or install it via APK package. The mobile app includes native status bar safe-area support, device notification scheduling, and the exact same offline, zero-tracking guarantee.

Reminders are scheduled directly through your device's native operating system local notifications API. Because reminders are scheduled on-device, they do not rely on push servers or third-party webhooks. Your alarms trigger reliably at the exact scheduled minute, even when the browser or application is closed.

You have complete ownership over your data. You can delete individual tasks or expenses at any time with a single click. If you wish to wipe all data completely, simply clear your browser's site data/cookies for dailyflowweb.com or clear application storage in Android Settings. All records are instantly and permanently purged without residual cloud copies.
